1. What does your 100% Satisfaction Guarantee mean?
Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee means we guarantee you will be satisfied with your Solve-It! Companies Product, or we will refund your money. If you are unsatisfied with your product at any time within 30 days of your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund, no questions asked. You pay shipping back to us. We do not refund any shipping cost.
2. What warranty does Solve-It! Companies offer?
The Solve-It! Companies Warranty covers all defects in workmanship or materials of our products for up to one year. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser at retail and may not be transferred. This warranty only covers defects arising under normal usage and does not cover any malfunction, failure or defect resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, modification or repair by other than an authorized service center for Solve-It! Store products. Scratching of the powder-coated surface, anodizing or plastic constitutes normal wear and is not covered under warranty.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, all implied warranties, including warranties of FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE or MERCHANTABILITY are disclaimed. Any implied warranties, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability, that cannot be disclaimed under state law are limited to two years from the date of purchase. Solve-It! Companies and/or Solve-It! Marketing Company, are not responsible for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages. There are a few states that do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and/or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. Therefore ,the above limitations may not apply to you if you live in those states. This warranty from Solve-It! Companies gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
3. Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped using UPS or USPS(based on available shipping method at the time of checkout). All free shipping orders are shipped via USPS Priority First Class. Orders placed by 12:00 PM PST will be shipped same day. All other expedited orders placed by 2:00 PM PST will ship same day. If an item or product is out of stock we will contact the customer and notify when product will ship.
4. Refund Policy
Customer has 30 days to return product for full refund. Product must be in new condition with original packaging. Customer must contact Solve-It! Companies' customer service at 805 416-1035 to attain an RMA number. RMA number must be clearly written on outside of package. Customer is responsible for shipping cost back to Solve-It Companies. Once received we will inspect and refund the credit card used the full amount of the product minus the shipping cost.
